Description: 1. BackgroundTo enhance public accountability and ensure greater visibility of its work to the general public and other key stakeholders, ECA wishes to produce an Annual Report. The Report will present the results and impact of its work in an improved, clearer and crisper way making it more accessible to a wider audience. The annual report aims to showcase key ECA-s achievements under the umbrella of one given theme/topic to be selected on an annual basis. It will cover the period of January to December and be released in January of the following year, except for the first annual report, which will be released in September 2022. The AR will focus on a specific topic/theme and will optimise the use of data, infographics, photos and is projected not to exceed 30 pages. The proposed contract will be for a 5years period.2.
