Description:
Tenders are invited for Inspection, Assessment, Finishing, And Commissioning of a Data Centre Project through a National Competitive Bid. Bid closing date: 16th calendar day at 12:00 AM Bid opening date: 16th calendar day at 2:00 PM Region: SNNPR Bid document price: Birr 500.00 Bid bond: 1% Bidders or agents must provide their evidence of currently renewed license that they have paid up all government taxes, a certificate from the ministry of finance & economic development specifying that they have registered in the supplier's list, a TIN certificate, and a VAT registration certificate. All Bid proposals must be accompanied by a bid security amount of One percent (1%) of the total bid price ETB bid security CPO or Unconditional Bank Guarantee. Bidders can obtain bid documents from OMO Microfinance Institution Head Office Procurement, Payment & Property Administration Directorate Office on the 2nd floor during office hours against payment of a non-refundable birr 500.00/Five-Hundred-Birr only/.by cash or certified check Bidders should place their technical & financial proposals in the separate wax-sealed envelopes with one original and two copies with technical softcopy and put it in the tender box reserved for this purpose on or before the 16th calendar day from the announcement date at 12:00 AM (6:00 ELT), if this day reside in the non-working day it should be brought the next working day. Bid shall be closed on the 16th calendar after the announcement of the bid on "Ethiopian Herald Megazine" at 12:00 AM, and will be opened on the same date at 2:00 PM (8:00 ELT) It should be noted that the financial document will not be opened on the bid opening date.
