- Tenders are invited for Internal Asphalt Road Design, Design Review, Contract Administration and Supervision Bid document price: 250 Birr Bid bond: 50,000.00 (Fifty Thousand) ETB A complex set of Bidding Documents may be purchased by interested bidders from the address below upon payment of a non-refuedable fee ETB 250.00 (Two Hundred Fifty Birr). The method of payment will be through bank account number 1000007971544 Addis Ababa Science and Technology University. The bid submission is from the date of the issue of the invitation in the newspaper to the 31st consecutive day. Time 4.00 local. Late bids will be rejected Bids will be opened in the presence of the bidders or their representatives who choose to attend in person at the address below on the 31st day of the date of the invitation on a newspaper at 4:30 local time, If the 31" day is not a working day, the bid will be delivered, closed and opened at the aforementioned time of the next working day. Bids must be accompanied by a Bid Security of ETB 50,000.00 (Fifty Thousand Birr) in the form of a CPO or unconditional bank guarantee valid for at least 118 days. The client reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to annul the bidding process at any time prior to contract award
