- Invitation To Bid Jimma University Invites Sealed Bids From Interested Eligible Bidders Through Ncb For The Supply Of The Supply, Construction, Installation, Migration, Training And Commisissioning Of Modular Data Center Infrastructure Project On Turnkey Basis 1. Eligible Bidders Should Have Business License Valid For The Current Year And Copy Of Registration Certificate From The Ministry Of Finance And Economic Cooperation And Supporting Letter From Inland Revenue Authority, And Vat Registration Certificate. 2. Bid Documents And Detail Information Can Be Obtained From Jimma University, Main Campus Procurement Administration Directorate And/Or From Jimma University Liaison Office In Addis Ababa, Bole Abh Building During Office Hours During Office Hours Up On Payment Of A Non-Refundable Fee Of Birr 500 (Five Hundred Birr). 3. Bidders Are Instructed To Submit One Original And Two Photo Copies Of The Qualification Information Documents, And One Original And Two Photo Copies Of The Financial Bid Documents In Separate Envelope Bid Bond Must Be Attached To Technical Qualification Document. Copies Of Documents Should Be Photo Copy Of The Original Bid Documents. And Signed, Stamped And Sealed Standard Bidding Documents (Sbd) Must Be Returned With Other Tender Documents. Failure To Do So Will Result In Automatic Rejection From Tender. 4.
