- Tenders are invited for Ipsas-Based External Audit Service Requirements: The Audit firm should be registered with the office of the federal Auditor General IPSAS based Auditing experience. Must have NGO organization Audit experience. Bidders are required to submit VAT registration, TIN & professional and renewed business license. The Audit firm should provide a complete company profile. The bidders are required to submit the completion time of the audit works. Application procedure Interested Audit firms who fulfil the above criteria can visit the EPHA office during working hours (8:00am5:00pm) from Monday - Friday to assess the volume of work, Bidders can submit the original and copy of their technical & financial sealed bids to Ethiopia Public Health in a separate envelop to the Association office, front desk on or before December 05, 2021 at 2:00 pm Bids will be opened on the same date at 2.30pm in the presence of all bidders or their representative who choose to attend. The Ethiopian Public Health Association reserves the right to reject any or all the bids.
