Description:
Isedey Bank S.A. invites bidders with electrical, mechanical or level 5 and above construction license to tender for the construction of buildings in Bahir Dar City in connection with the city corridor. Bidders must have a renewed business license of 2018, Additional Asset Tax Registration Certificate, Taxpayer Registration Certificate, and a certificate issued when participating in the tender. Technical documents and bid prices must be submitted in accordance with the bidding documents. Bid security of 2% of the bid price plus 2% of the total bid price of Birr 500,000.00 must be provided in the form of a CPO/CPO or a 90-day unsecured bank guarantee in the name of a reputable bank. Interested bidders may collect the bid document from the bank's head office and must submit their bid documents in a sealed envelope by the specified deadline.
