• Tenders are invited for IT Infrastructure Hardware-s, IT Software-s, Electrical & Networking items, Laboratory Equipment-s (Non-Medical), Furniture-s, Weighbridge, Plant and Machineries, Digital Scale Machines, Computer & Different Office Equipment-s, Vehicles, Stationary Items, Packaging Materials, Printing Service. Ethiopia Commodity Exchange (ECX) would like to invite eligible suppliers to be register as a preferred supplier to ECX and to be included in the Exchange-s supplier list. Hence, all interested suppliers who wish to be register in the ECX supplier list, can submit their application with due consideration of the following requirements: 1. Selection and Registration of suppliers can be made for different item categories which mainly consists of IT Infrastructure Hardware-s, IT Software-s, Electrical & Networking items, Laboratory Equipment-s (Non-Medical), Furniture-s, Weighbridge, Plant and Machineries, Digital Scale Machines, Computer & different Office Equipment-s, Vehicles, Stationary Items, Packaging Materials, Printing Service providers etc. as stated in the invitation document and the invitation is OPEN to all eligible bidders. 2. Applicants are strictly required to submit renewed valid Trade License indicating the stream of business specific to the business category, TIN number, VAT registration certificate, Valid Tax clearance certificate and Public Procurement & Property Administration Agency-s (PPA) supplier-s list registration certificate. 3. A complete set of invitation document and selection criteria prepared in English shall be collected from ECX - Head Quarter Procurement Division, located at Chelelek Al-Sam Tower 7th floor office# 708, FREE OF CHARGE. 4. All expression of interest (EOI) to be register in ECX-s supplier list must be submitted before Thursday - January 27, 2022 up to 2:00 PM in the box located at Chelelek Al-Sam Tower 7th floor - Procurement Division Office and the proposals will be Open on the same date Thursday- January 27, 2022 at 02:30 PM in the presence of applicants or their representatives who wish to attend in person at the address specified below. 5. The Exchange shall not consider any proposal /EOI that arrives after the deadline for submission indicated above and any proposal received by the Exchange after the deadline for submission shall be declared as late, rejected, and returned to the supplier remain unopened. 6. ECX reserves the right to reject any proposal or expression of interest received from any supplier which are non-responsive to the ECX requirement or may cancel the invitation totally. 7.
