- Expression of Interest are invited for Land Management and Administration System (cadaster System). Qualification required of the Consultant: Consulting firms Should Be Registered by The Ministry of Construction or Appropriate Regional Body, With a Minimum of 4 Years General Experience and performing at Least 2 Assignments of Similar Nature & Volume. Bill will be conducted in accordance with the open national tendering procedures contained in the public procurement proclamation of the Federal Government of Ethiopia and Regional proclamation is open, to all eligible bidders who are VAT registered at the same renewed license. For 2014 EFY. The Short Listing&riteria are: General Experience, Relevant/Related Experience on Similar projects (with reference letters & agreements), Availability and experience of key staffs: Project Coordinator, Urban Planner, Civil Engineer, GIS Expert Economist and Surveyor. But Not Limited. Consultants Can Associate To Enhance Their Qualification/Performance. Interested qualified firms are invited to submit all the required documents sealed and stamped to Jigjiga City Administration, office of finance, room number 2 starting from the date advertised on the Ethiopian Herald Expression of Interest Along with Documentary Evidences Must Be Submitted in Hard Copy to The Address Below at or Before Closing until 5:30 PM (afternoon).
