- Tenders are invited for Lease of Advertisement Space in Stations at Lot C (from Ayat to Lem Hotel) and Wrapping the External Parts of Train Compartments for Both Lines from Ayat to Torhayiloch and from Kality to Minilik Ii Square Named Lot F and Lot G Respectively A complete set of bidding documents may be purchased by interested bidders upon payment of a non refundable fee of birr 200.00(Birr Two Hundred) for each documents starting from November 15, 2021 up to December 05, 2021 during office hours from Monday to Friday: 3:00 A.M.-12:00 A.M. and 1:30 P.M.- 5:00 P.M. from the address mentioned below. · Address: Ethiopian Railways Corporation Addis Ababa Light Rail Transit Service, Finance and administration office located at Kality depot first floor Room No 25, for further information: · Telephone +251 11470 8090/0911894804 4. Bid proposal must be accompanied with a bid bond of Birr 50,000.00(Birr fifty thousand) for each Lot in the form of CPO or unconditional bank guarantee valid for not less than 90 days from the date of bid opening. 5. This bid will be closed on December 06, 2021 at 10:30 A.M. and will be opened on December 06, 2021 at 11:00 A.M. in the presence of bidders or their representative who chosen to attend at the address mentioned above.
