Basic Requirements for the service providers, · Bachelor-s Degree in plant science/Postgraduate in Agronomy and related field · Experience and proven track record in coffee caping and quality requirement in Ethiopia · Experience in specialty coffee sector. · Proven track records of professional, Timely, and high-quality consultancy assignments in coffee export marketing requirement. · Good Experience in facilitating international market linkage between cooperatives /individual farmers and international buyers. · Readiness and experience to works in remote area (Oromia regional state in Bale Zone). · Excellent in affan Oromo and English communication, Writing, and presentation skills
