- Tenders are invited for Machinery Rent. The Sululta Municipality office now invites eligible bidders that have Machinery Rent Trade license which can fulfill the following mandatory documentary evidence for compliance I. The bidders have the registered and renewed construction trade license valid for the year 2014 E.F.Y. II. The bidders have registered for VAT Certificate. III. The bidders have the Tax Clearance Certificate issued by the Tax Authority at the time of bid submission date that permits the bidders to participate in any public tenders. IV. The bidders have to have at least five years and above experience with similar works and have the Completion certificate of the projects. V. The bidders could be able to provide the necessary professionals. Bids opening date: 22 days from the date of announcement letter at 4:30 local time Bid document price: Birr 500.00 Bid bond: Birr 50,000.00 Interested eligible bidders may obtain further information and inspect the bidding documents at Sululta Municipality office at the address given below from 2:30 to 6:30 AM and 7:30 to 11:30 PM from Mondays to Friday and 2:30 to 6:30 AM and 7:30 PM to 11:30 PM on Fridays with local time. A complete set of Bidding Documents may be purchased by interested eligible bidders from first announcement date to News Paper for 21 working days at the below office described under upon payment of a non-refundable fee of Birr 500 birr (five Hundred Birr Only). Bids must be accompanied by a bid security of 50,000 birr. The bid security can be submitted in the form of CPO only. Late bids will be rejected and Bids will be closed on 22 days from the date of announcement letter at 4:00 local time and shall be opened at 4:30 local time on the same day in the presence of bidders' representatives who choose to attend, at the address below on: Sululta Town Finance and Economic Co-operation Office
