- Tenders are invited for Maintenance and Renovation of the New Building Bids opening date: 21th day of announcement on newspaper. Time 10:30 AM Bid document price: 100.00 (One Hundred Birr) Bid bond: 200,000/Two Hundred Thousand Birr/ A complete set of bidding documents in English may be purchased by interested eligible bidders upon the submission of a written application to the address below and upon payment of a nonrefundable fee of 100.00/One Hundred/ETB. The method of payment will be in Cash the document will be sent/delivered/ on hand. Bids must be delivered to the address below Ethiopian National Archive and Library Agency Finance and procurement directorate. Street Address: Near National Bank and in front of Fana Broadcasting Finance, procurement and service directorate, old building 1st floor Room no 110, Addis Ababa, Country Ethiopia, on the 21th day of announcement on newspaper. Time 10:00 AM and will be open the same day at 10:30 AM. Electronic bidding will not be permitted. Late bids will be rejected. Bids will be publicly opened in the presence of the bidders' designated representatives and anyone who choose to attend at the address below at the end of this invitation and also bidders should submit separately sealed bid documents Containing one original and one copy of each technical and financial proposals. Original and copy documents of each proposal must be sealed separately. All bids must be accompanied by a "Bid Security" CPO/ unconditional bank guarantee ETB 200,000/Two Hundred Thousand Birr/ from a reputable Bank, prepared in the name of Ethiopian National Archive and Library Agency
