- Tenders are invited for Maintenance and Repair of Buildings, Furnishing, And Fixtures Bid document price: Birr 300.00 Bid bond: 1% The Somali regional state, Sultan Abdullah Sultan Bade Polytechnic College, invited bid documents from eligible bidders for the Maintenance and repair of Buildings, Furnishing and Fixtures A complete set of bidding documents for the Maintenance of College Buildings, Furnishing and fixtures can purchase by legal and interested bidders that have a renewed trade license, VAT registration evidence and supply list certificate from the Somali regional state, bureau of finance and economic development, up on payment of a non-refundable fee of birr 300 (three hundred birr) from sultan Abdullah sultan Bade polytechnic College finance and logistics support process office within 12 (twelve) working days of the first appearance of this announcement during the official working hours. Interested and Eligible bidders may obtain further information from the College. All bids must be accompanies by a security of 1% of the bid amount in the form of the bank guarantee, Cash or CPO and submitted before closing date. Bid will be opened in the Sultan Abdullah Sultan Bade Polytechnic College General Hall on the presence of bidders or their representative on the 12th day of appearance of the announcement shall be opened on the next day. The original and copy of the bid document shall be signed and sealed in all pages by the bidders Bidders should submit one original and copy of the bid document with separately sealed envelope.
