- Tenders are invited for Maintenance of the Old Mass Media Office Building in Somali Regional State, Jig-Jiga City Bid document price: 500.00 (Five hundred birr only) Bid bond: 1% Bidding will be conducted in accordance with the open tendering procedures contained in the public proclamation of the Federal government of Ethiopia and open to all eligible bidders. Bidder should submission them up-to-date VAT registration certificate, renewed trade license for 2013 E.c, Tax payer's registration certificate, and Supplier list registration certificate from concerning Authority. A complete set of documents will be purchased at Somali regional state, Mass media Agency, Finance Director, Office No: 8, during working hours against payment of a non-refundable birr 500 (five hundred) for each lot. Bids should be submitted along with a bid bond of 1% of the total bid price in the form of a CPO or bank guarantee. Bidders should place their technical and financial in a separate wax-sealed envelope with two copies duly marked as "Original" and "Copy" and to be enclosed with one outer envelope to the above address at on or before August-30-2021 at 10:00 Am local time morning Bids should be closed on August-30-2021 at 10:00 am local time (morning) and will be opened on the same data at 11:00 Am local time (morning). The Somali regional state Mass media Agency reserves the right to reject any or all bids, Bidders are initiated to fill. sign and seal all the forms of the bid documents and failure to do so will result in automatic rejection from the tender All Bids must include value-added tax (VAT) on the summary of the bid price
