- Tenders are invited for Maintenance Work of Gimbi Branch Office, Office Expansion Work and Vault Room Construction at Gimbi Town Bid document price: Birr 100.00 Bid bond: Birr 30,000.00 Interested bidders are required to submit together with their bid documents; i. Renewed Trade License ii. TIN Certificate iii. VAT Registration IV.Valid Tax clearance certificate V. Registration Certificate from responsible public body. VI. competence certificate Certificate Bidders shall visit the site where the maintenance work is carried out from May 26, 2021 up to June 11, 2021 at working Hours. Interested bidders may Purchase a complete set of bidding documents beginning from May 24,2021 upon payment of a non-refundable Birr 100.00 (One hundred Birr only) to Corporate Branch, Tower I, 1st floor and collect the bid documents from Procurement Team, Tower II, and 5th floor. Bidders shall submit bid security of Birr 30,000.00 (Thirty Thousand Birr Only) in the form of CPO or unconditional bank guarantee from recognized Bank, Bids shall be submitted into the tender box prepared for this purpose on or before June 15,2021 at 10:00 A.M. at Development Bank of Ethiopia Head Office Tower II, Ground floor. Bids shall be opened in the above mentioned address, on June 15, 2021 at 10:05 A.M. in the presence of bidders and/or their authorized representatives.
