- Tenders are invited for N.A Metal Industry & Engineering (N.A) is Looking for Competent Event Organizing Company that can Manage New Product and Services Launching Event to be Held Here in Ethiopia. N.A Metal Industry & Engineering (N.A) is looking for competent Event Organizing Company that can manage new product and services launching event to be held here in Ethiopia. Company that effectively managed similar events in relation to automotive industry is encouraged and preferred to submit proposal. In this regard, the event organizing company ensures smooth logistical preparation and execution focusing on providing staffing for event reception/registration desk /all necessary activities, smooth logistical preparation and execution of the event; prepare, send out, and confirm invitations as per the lists provided by N.A, invite relevant media stations and organize a press conference before the workshop to be reported in news stations. The firm will arrange needed procurements of meeting packages, venue booking, and other supporting materials and stationeries, prepare list of participants, confirmation with invitees prior to the event; Assist the production of meeting report. The event organizing firm also is responsible to perform participants registration, venue and meeting package preparation. The firm will also arrange for smooth and uninterrupted sound and lighting system including projector, stage and backdrop for the workshops, produce video and photography documentation of the event as well as ensure press conference and media coverage on the event day. Event organizing company is expected to deliver report at the end with the video and photograph documentation to be provided of the event including newspaper reporting/clippings. Communication in the event will be bilingual. Hence, competent company with the renewed license hereby are invited to submit a written and sealed financial and technical proposal within seven (7) calendar days to N.A Metal Industry & Engineering Head Office (Human Resources Department) Tel , situated in Lebu Industrial Zone, around Haile Garment area.
