- Tenders are invited for Minor Design Review, Supervision and Contract Administration Lot 4: Twog+4 Teacher Resident Building, G+1 President's Villa, Stadium Complex, 3 in 1Mini Stadium, G+4 Student Dormitory (Lot 6A), B+G+4 Female Dormitory, Main Gate Guard House & Fence Work, Engineering Laboratory (Three G+0Blocks), Ware House, Cattle Fattening and water supply works wastewater treatment A complete set of bidding documents in English shall be purchased by interested bidders as of the first announcement date of the bid on the Newspaper up to the bid closing date and time at the address given below and upon the presentation of the legal documents and Payment of a non-refundable fee of ETB 500 (five hundred bin only) at Assosa University procurement and property administration office Assosa and/or Assosa University Liaison office, Addis Ababa around Embet Hotel, Addisu Gebeya. No liability will be accepted for loss or late delivery. The ETB 500 Shall be deposited to Assosa University Budget Account Number;1000021129171(Commercial Bank of Ethiopia) and Submitted the bank advice to the office. 5. Bid must be delivered to The Federal Democratic Republic of Ethiopia Assossa University Procurement and Property Administration Directorate Director Office on or before 10:00 Am or 4:00 Local time on 21 calendar days beginning from the first date of advertisement. If the 21st date is not a working day the submission date shall be the next working day. Electronic bidding will not be permitted. Late bids will be rejected. 6. All bids must be accompanied by a bid security of ETB 100,000 (one hundred thousand) for each and must be in the form of CPO or Bank guarantee from a Recognized Bank in Ethiopia.
