Tenders are invited for Office Equipment and Furniture for Drop-in Centers Bids opening date: next day of the bid closing date at 10:00am. Bid document price: 200.00 Birr Bid bond: 2% Interested bidders can bid for the whole lots or partially for a selected lot. The bid documents can be purchased upon paying of birr 200.00 from OSSHD Head office around 22 Mazoria at the back of Golagul Tower nest to Kiya Med Medical college. From 8:30AM-5:00pm. Telephone no, +25111-662-2720/39 The whole set of specification of the types of good or supplies to be purchased are specified and listed in the bid document. The bidders should have renewed trade license, VAT, TIN certificates, recently issued tax clearance from concerned authority. All bids must be accompanied by bid security of at least 2% of the quoted price in the form of CPO from recognized bank, Bidders should submit their technical and financial bidding documents in a separate sealed and signed envelop. Bid closing will be after 15 consecutive days at 4:30 pm from the first date this announcement appeared in reporter newspaper and the bid will be opened in the presence bidders or their legal representatives the next day of the bid closing date at 10:00am.
