- Tenders are invited for Office Space for Lease Request for Offers We are looking for suitable Office Space in the central area of Addis Ababa, to house some of our operations. The space should meet the following requirements: Approximately 4000-6000 sqm Be on adjacent floors a single building or comprise a full building Be within 5km of Addis Ababa city center Be well served by major roads, and easily accessible from Bole International Airport Be of a modern construction standard with adequate utilities Be in an area with good security and be itself capable of being adequately secured Be ready for occupation by 1st January 2022 at the latest Interested suppliers should submit their response to the following email addresses: bids@safaricom.et , no later than Saturday 4th December 2021 at 5:00pm (GMT+3), and should include the following: a) The name of the property owner (whether individual or company) b) The Registration, License and Tax Identification Number (TIN) of the property owner c) A copy of the Title Deed of the Property. Only Properties with clean titles will be considered d) A full rental offer for a period of 3 years e) A comprehensive information memorandum for the proposed property. The information memorandum should consist of - A map showing the location of the property Layout drawings of the property A schedule of the gross built as well as lettable areas Any other information the owner may want to provide Safaricom may enter into negotiations with property owners of short-listed offers.
