Tenders are invited for Old Library Roof Maintenance Work & Construction of Art Department Workshop Bid document price: 100.00 Birr Bid bond :55,000.00 Birr Bids accompanied by bid bond stated on the above table in the form of CPO and must be submitted to the above-mentioned office. Bidders shall deliver bid documents Kotebe Metropolitan University Procurement Directorate Bids will be closed at 10:15 AM morning and opened at 10:30 AM morning on the 21st date from the date of announcement on the same date in the presence of bidders and bidder's representative at KMU procurement Directorate. Bidding will be closed through the National competitive bidding procedure specified in the public procurement proclamation of the Addis Ababa City Government. Contractors registration certificate from ministry of urban development GC/BC 7 and above with renewed for the year 2013 E.C Clearance from Inland Revenue Complete bid documents in English can be purchased in Birr 100.00 /One Hundred Birr/ from KMU Finance Directorate. Bidders should submit renewed license from the concerned body, a Registration certificate issued from the Ministry of Finance & Economic Development, a Registration Certificate for VAT & TIN, and an ID card together with all the necessary documents. The Employer will hold a site visit after the pre-bid meeting. Bidders are advised to attend the pre-bid meeting & visit the site. A bidder shall satisfy himself that he has gathered all information necessary - for preparing the Tender and entering into a contract for the construction of the works. Kotebe Metropolitan University reserves the right to reject partial or full bids.
