IPA invites interested and qualified offerors to submit bids for the RFP for an Operations & Startup Consultant for Ethiopia. Innovations for Poverty Action (IPA) is conducting a comprehensive assessment of the operational landscape in Ethiopia. This assessment aims to ascertain the feasibility of establishing an office, evaluate the capacity of local partners, assess the ability to conduct research activities within the country, recruit staff, and identify potential risks associated with IPA-s operations.
