- Tenders are invited for Oracle ZS5-4 Storage Server Disk Shelf. Bids opening date: Nov 24, 2021 03:30 PM Bid document price: 200.00 (two Hundred Birr) Bid bond: 400,000 birr (Four hundred Thousand) A complete bid of the document shall be obtained commencing November 08, 2021, from Wegagen Bank S.C., Head Office Material Resource and Facilities Management Procurement and Property Administration 16th floor at Wegagen Tower, in front of A.A. Stadium, by paying a non-refundable fee of Birr 200.00 /Two Hundred Birr Only by depositing in Account Number 0736452410101 at Wegagen Bank S.C. any Branch during office hour and submit a copy of deposit slip for bid document collection, Presentation of copy renewed trade license, Tax Clearance Certificate, TIN Certificate, and VAT/TOT Registration Certificate is mandatory. Bid proposal shall be accompanied by Bank bid bond/ CPO Bir 400,000.00(Four Hundred Thousand Birr Only) in the name "Wegagen Bank S.C." In the technical document or separately sealed envelope. The bidders need to present their financial and technical proposal documents separately in sealed envelopes. Bid Documents must be deposited in the tender box prepared separately for this purpose at Wegagen Bank S.C., Procurement and Property Administration, during office hours before November 24, 2021, at 3:00 P.M. at the place mentioned under no. 1 above. Bid opening shall be held on November 24, 2021, at 3:30 P.M. at the place mentioned under no. 1 above. The winner supplier shall summit 10% of the award amount in the form of a Performance Bond Guarantee. The validity date of the offered price and the submitted bid bond of bidders' should not be less than 90 days. The bid will be opened without the presence of bidders designated representative due to the current Covid-19 pandemic The Bank fully reserves the right to accept or reject the bid partially or totally. .
