- Request for proposals are invited for Organizational Structure, Job Grading, Job Description, Salary and Benefit Package Survey. A complete set of bidding TOR avail at Gift Real State head office located around Bole in front of Getu Commercial Bahar Building 8thfloor HR and Administration Department starting from Monday October 11 to Friday October 15 during office hours from 8:00 AM to 12:AM and 1: PM to 5:00 PM. For Eligibility, bidders should bring copies of renewed Trade License,Certificate of Registration, Tax Payers Registration Certificate VAT Clearance Certificate and Tax Clearance Certificate. Bid Proposal as stated on the TOR must be sealed and deposited in the tender box prepared for the purpose at the address mentioned above. Before the bid closing time and date ( please refer the proposal) Bidders advised to be read the TOR carefully before submitting their bids and failure to observe the instruction and conditions in the biding document will constitute grounds for rejection. The company have the right to reject the bid either partially or fully without giving reasons thereof.
