- Tenders are invited for Peaceful Understanding and Reconciliation for Pastoral Livelihood Enhancement (Purple) Project. The external evaluation of PURPLE Project has the following specific objectives: To review the extent to which indicators of achievements (progress markers) are realized as they were stated in the project proposal To assess the achievements of the project- goal and objectives in light of the approved indictors based on DAC criteria; To identify the project impacts in view of the changes happening on the lives of the target community; To assess unintended positive and negative outcomes and impacts of the project; To assess the main furthering and hindering factors during the project implementation, To assess the effects of the project on crosscutting issues (gender, human rights including child rights, good governance, environment and climate change), Develop and recommend a project framework and main components for the next phase project planning in peace-building intervention. To generate lessons from the intervention that informs the improvements in the future project design and programming of the organization.
