- Tenders are invited for Perform Financial Audit Service (Ads 591maa) Starting from the Fiscal Year (Fy) Ending on September 30th 2021 Bidders are required to attach the following documentations as part of the technical bid documents Included in the list of USAID approved/recognized Audit Firms for FY21 audit work and can bring approval letter from USAID Ethiopia office. Attach renewed professional license and certificate of competence from the office of the Federal Audit General, renewed business license, TIN and VAT certificates. Organization profile including evidence of experience in Auditing of similar USAID funded organizations/projects Registered Certified Chartered Accountants/Certificate of professional competency A schedule or detailed audit plan, that includes expected audit start date and completion date. Details of staff assigned to perform the audit activities including experience, qualification and number of staff with position classification Bids must be accompanied by a bid security of 10% of the total bid amount in the form of CPO or they must be secured by an unconditional Bank guarantee Audit firms shall submit audit service price including VAT, transportation, accommodation, per diem and other expenses. Bidders should submit their Technical and Financial Proposals in a separate sealed envelope duly marking the envelopes as "Technical" and "Financial" proposals. A winner bidder is expected to sign contractual agreement within 5 working days of the date of the announcement of the winner bidder with a 10% bid bond security of the total bid price in the form of CPO. The bid bond security amount will be retained at least for additional 30 days since the end of the contract agreement. Audit work will be conducted at ADA head office, Bahir Dar. The bid closing date shall be on the 15th day at 2:00pm. The bids will be opened on the 15th day at 2:30pm in the presence of bidders or their legal representatives at ADA Addis Ababa office. ADA reserves the right to accept or reject all or parts of the bids at any time without assigning any reason or reasons whatsoever.
