- Tenders are invited for Potential Service Providers for Light Vehicle Lease Services. General Terms & Conditions Price Validity - 1 year. Payment terms: Monthly basis after delivery; Delivery Period: 2-3 days upon request for vehicle(s) Vehicle Type and Model - HZJ78, HZJ79, HZJ76, and105, Toyota Hilux Double cabin, KUN 25L (= 2005 Model) Toyota Mini buss & Coaster Bus year = 2010 Area of Operation - 1. From Addis Ababa to All Ethiopian region except Somali region (starting and ending at Addis Ababa) Lot - I 2. From Somali region to all Somali region (Starting and ending point at Somali region) Lot - II 3. From Addis Ababa to all Somali region only (Starting and ending point at Addis Ababa) Lot - III Tenders submitted must be accompanied with all lots: · Eligibility Documents - Valid Business License (E.C. 2013), VAT &, Tax Payers- Certificate · Bid Security in the name of “Save the Children International” amounting to ETB 50,000 in the form of CPO or bank guarantee valid for a period of at least 3 months starting from the date of tender submission must be in a separate envelop or/on the Original Technical. (Cash and insurance bond are not accepted) and should be presented with separate envelope. · Company profile listing the bidders- address, branches, structure, resources…etc. · Evidence of bidders- financial capacity in the form of Audit report. · Evidence of past satisfactory performance on provision of similar services · Evidence of vehicles owned (vehicle registration certificates under bidding company-s name/owners name only) · A Filled SCI Price Schedule (Financial Offer for the three operation regions). · Declaration of acceptance to SCI-s statement of requirement, terms/conditions, and policies
