- Tenders are invited for Preparation of Five Years Strategic Plan Document and Organizational Structure, Job Analysis, Job Evaluation, Salary Scale & Benefit Packages of the Company Bid closing date: 18 March 2024 10:00 A.M Bid opening date: 18 March 2024 at 2:30 PM Region: Addis Ababa Bid document price: 200.00 ETB Bid bond: 30,000.00 ETB The bidder shall furnish CPO or unconditional Bank Guarantee amount of Birr 30,000.00 by the Name of Abay Insurance S.C. The bidder shall prepare two copies of the bid documents. For the technical and financial pro- posals, original and their copies typed or legibly hand written without correction. The bid document shall be submitted in a wax sealed envelopes. The bid document consisting both technical and financial proposals shall be submitted up to 18 March 2024 10:00 A.M at the company Head office, Abay Insurance S.C Building 4th Floor of- fice No. 405 The bid will be open on same date: 18 March 2024 at 2:30 PM Bid shall be valid for a period of 90 days after bid opening. The bid document shall be obtained commenc- ing 06 March 2024 from Human Resource And Facilities Management Department. Abay Insurance S.C reserves the right to accept or reject any or all the bids. Interested bidders can purchase a complete set of Terms of Reference (TOR) against a non-refundable payment of ETB 200.00 (Two Hundred Birr) from the company Head office- Abay Insurance S.C
