Duly signed and sealed Application Letter ii. Trade License Renewed for 2013 EFY iii. VAT Certificate iv. Tax clearance certificate valid at bid submission date v. Registration as Supplier in the List of PPA vi. Grade I Water Resources Consultancy Firm from the Ministry of Water, Irrigation and Energy or Regional Irrigation and Water Resource Development Bureaus
