Tenders are invited for Printing and Supply of 20,000,000 (Twenty Million) Bur Coded Instant Birr 10 Lottery Tickets with a Single Ticket Bid document price: Birr 100.00 Bid bond: Birr 100,000.00 Any interested bidder can purchase a complete set of bidding documents prepared in English language starting from the first announcement date of the bid on the Ethiopian herald newspaper up to the bid closing date and time from the National Lottery Administration head office, Arada kefleketema, woreda 01, 2nd floor room no 31 during working days Monday to Friday and office hours from 8:30 A.M to 12:30 A.M and from 1:30 P.M to 5:30 P.M against non refundable payment of Birr 100.00 (One Hundred bin) in cash. Bids must be accompanied by a bid bond of Bin 100,000.00 (One hundred thousand bin) equivalent any freely convertible currency. The bid bond must be in any one of the following forms: a. Cash b. Certified payment order (CPO) issued by a recognize bank and c. Unconditional bank guarantee issued by a recognized bank. The bidders must be delivered bid documents on or before August 31/2021 G.C at 10:00 A.M (4:00 local time) sealed envelope one original and one copy bid document separately with clearly identified written. Bids will be opened on August 31/2021 G.C at 10:30 A.M (4:30 local time) in the presence of bidders or their legal representative at National Lottery administration head office new building 1st floor, room No 9 Addis Ababa, Ethiopia. National lottery Administration reserves the right to reject all or part of the bid.
