- Tenders are invited for Printing Postage Stamps Catalog. Bid closing date: Apr 06, 2022 2:00 PM Bid opening date: Apr 06, 2022 2:30 PM Region: Addis Ababa Bid bond: 30,000 (thirty thousand bid) The Bid is to be received on or before 6th Apr. 2:00 p.m. The bid documents will be opened on 6th Apr, 2:30 p.m. in the presence of the bidders or their representatives at head quarter employees' cafeteri The Bidder must submit a copy of renewed Certificate of Competence, Business Registration Certificate, Trade License, Value Added Tax Registration Certificate, Valid Tax clearance certificate and TIN Certificate. Licenses shall be valid for the year 2014 E.C. If the legal documents not submitted the bidder will be disqualified The Bid comprising of the Technical and Financial document must be delivered in sealed envelopes as original & first copy of the original documents to the address given All copes of the Bids shall be submitted in separate envelopes and one outer envelope, duly marking the inner envelopes ac "ORIGINAL” and “COPY" Ali bid documents should have seal and legally authorized person signature on each page. . Bid security: Bids must be accompanied with birr 30,000 (thirty thousand bid) bid bond in the form of CPO or Bank Guarantee. Prices quoted should be including all taxes, Prices shall remain valid for the period of at least (60) days from the closing date of the tender,
