- Tenders are invited for Procure and Install Solar Pump, Panels with All Necessary Accessories Therefore, ECC-SDCBOH hears by invites experienced solar suppliers who may fulfill the following requirements: Eligible bidders who have legal documents, renewed license for the current year 2015 E.C Bidders who do have experience in solar supply and installation for 2 (two) years and above The bid documents can be obtained from the Dire Dawa ECC-SDCBOH office up to a non-refundable fee of 250 (two hundred fifty Birr only) for 10 (ten) working days. The document can be collected starting from the date of this bid announcement in the newspaper during the official working hours and days. The bidders can purchase the documents on presentation of all required legal certificates of registration from concerned government offices and currently renewed license, Tax clearness as well as VAT certificate and TIN number certificates. All bids should be submitted within 10 working days from an announcement in the newspaper at 11:30 am and closed at 12:00 am. The bid will be opened on the same day at 2:30 pm at the Dire Dawa ECC-SDCBOH office. If the opening day concedes with the holiday bid will open on the next working day at the same time. During bid opening bidders or legal representatives are expected to attend the process and the bid will be opened whether bidders/representatives attended or not on the stated time and date. The Bidders shall furnish, as part of its tender, a bid security of 2% of Total Costs, in the form of a bank guarantee or CPO only from a banking institution, licensed to do business in Ethiopia and put in technical original document.
