- Tenders are invited for Procure Construction Materials for Emergency Shelter Constriction. Development Expertise Center (DEC) is a National Civil Society Organization (CSO) aspires to see all marginalized children properly fostered. The organization has Four major program areas; Child Development, Gender and Life Skill Development; Skills and Entrepreneurship Development and Lobby & Advocacy. DEC works in Four National Regional States of Amhara, Afar and Oromia , Tigeray and Addis Ababa City Administration. In line with the above mission and objectives, DEC Want to Procure construction Materials for Emergency Shelter Constriction With this intervention, DEC in partnership with its donor UNHCR. Hence, DEC invites all interested & eligible bidders that are qualified, technically competent and have valid license for the current Ethiopian FY 2013 to Supply Constriction Materials. Bidders can collect bid document from DEC Aysaita Program Area Office, Aysaita town, next to Aysaita District Education Office, Tel. 033 55 50 142 and Coordination Office in Addis Ababa Tel: 0116189184/85 The Complete set of bidding documents in English for the aforementioned activities can be obtained from Both Office in working days & hours from October20, 2021 to October 27, 2021, located at the address mentioned above. Bid should be submitted to DEC Office on or before 10:00 AM October 27, 2021. Late bids will not be accepted. Bids will be opened in the presence of bidders or their representatives who choose to attend at 10:30 AM October 27, 2021 at both Office. The Development Expertise Center reserves the right to reject any or all bids. Interested eligible bidders are expected to fulfill the requirements stated below. 1. Bidders should have a valid and renewed valid license for the year. 2. Bidders should mention number of days required to Supply the Materials. 3. Bidders should indicate whether the price includes or excludes VAT.
