- Tenders are invited for Procure a Consultancy Service Titled "Development of Comprehensive and Effective 12. Subcontracting, Joint Venture and Local Partnership Working System and a Legal Framework to Guarantee the Continuous Inclusion of Local Firms in Construction Projects as Subcontractors". Bids opening date: Dec 13, 2021 03:00 PM Bid document price: 100.00 (one hundred Birr ) Bid bond: 30,000.00 (Thirty Thousand Birr) Interested eligible bidders may obtain further information from CMI and inspect the bidding document at the address given below during working hours from 8:30A.M to 12:30 P.M and 1:30 P.M to 3:00 P.M from Monday to Thursday and 8:30 A.M to 11:30 P.M and 1:30 PM to 3:00 P.M on Fridays. A complete set of bidding documents in English may be purchased by interested bidders at the address below within 10 working days from the date of the announcement in the newspaper and Public Procurement and Property Administration website upon payment of a non-returnable fee 100 ETB. The method of payment shall be in cash. Evaluation of the bid is to be carried out in two stages; technical qualification will be evaluated first followed by financial evaluation.
