- Tenders are invited for Procure Generator Set & Submersibles Pumps with All Accessories qty: 7 each Bid document price: 200.00 (two Hundred Birr) Bid bond: 1% Complete bid document in English can be purchased from the above-mentioned office upon payment of a non-refundable fee of birr 200 (two hundred ) per Lot by submission of a written application to the Last Wollega Zone Water and Energy Resource Development Office Bidders should present renewed license, registration certificate issued from authorized Ministry, Taxpayer certificate, registration card for VAT & TIN together & copy of ID) card. Registration date shall be started from May 110/2021 until May 24/2021 on government working time Bid document shall be submitted to East Wollega /Zone Water and Energy Resource Development Office dated May 25/2021 Room No.4 and Tel+251-576613386 on or before 11:30 AM The bid shall be opened at 2:00 pm on the same date in the presence of the bidder or representative who is interested to attend the presence of the project committee. The materials (goods) should be submitted from stock two weeks after bid. Bids shall be accompanied by bid bond of not less than 1% of the bid price in the form of CPO or unconditional bank guaranty and must be submitted to the above-mentioned office. East Wollega Zone Water and Energy Resource Development Office reserve the right to reject the bids.
