- Tenders are invited for Procure Isuzu Car (3.5 ton) cargo Qty 1 Bid document price: 500.00 Birr Bid bond: 2.5% Bidding will be conducted through a NATIONAL COMPETITIVE BIDDING (NCB) procedure and is open to all bidders from eligible sources as defined in the Guidelines. The bid shall be valid for a period of thirty (30) days after Bid opening. Bidders Should Present renewed Business License registration certificate issued from authorized ministry, taxpayer certificate, and registration card for VAT & TIN together and copy of ID card Valid for the Year 2013 E.C. Bidders shall obtain bid documents upon payment of non-refundable birr 500 /five hundred birr only/ at Hosanna from water utility office NO 8 within 15(fifteen) working days of this announcement. Bids should be accompanied by a bid security of 2.5 % of the total bid amount in an acceptable form (CPO or UNCONDITIONAL Bank Guarantee). Bidders are invited to submit one original financial & technical proposal and two copies of the financial enclosed in a wax-sealed envelope to the office within 15(fifteen) working days of this announcement. Bids must be delivered to the Hosanna town water supply and sewerage Enterprise, Room number, 09 Hosanna, at or before 2:00 p.m. on the 15th working day of announcement of this invitation for bid notice on the Ethiopian national newspaper of Addis Zemen. Electronic bidding will not be permitted. Late bids will be rejected. Bids will be opened in the presence of bidders or their authorized representatives on the 15th working date starting from the posted date at the Newspaper, at 2:30 p.m. within the utility office. No verbal agreement of conversation made or had at any time with the Authority employee shall affect or modify any of the terms or obligations herein stated. The HTWSSE reserves the right to reject all parts of the bid.
