- Tenders are invited for Procure Laptops for Office Use. JSI Research and Training Institute Inc./L10K Project is interested to procure laptops for office use. Our requirement is as per the given specification detailed separately. Suppliers can collect the specification from the address shown below: Note that bidders should include the following documents with the price quotation they submit: · Renewed business license · VAT & TIN registration certificate. · Price validity of the tender document must be at least for 30 calendar days after submission. · Detail specification of the product you provide · JSI gives priority for the supplier who can deliver the laptops within short period of time The closing date for submission of the bid is November 4, 2021 on or before 10:30 a.m. Bids after this hour shall not be considered. The bids will be opened on November 5, 2021 at 02:00 p.m in the afternoon at the organization-s meeting room (see address of organization below) in the presence of applicant bidders or their representatives. JSI Research and Training Institute Inc./L10K Project reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids.
