- Tenders are invited for Procure Supply, Installation and Commissioning of Web Application Firewall (Waf) Solution Bid document price: 200.00 (two Hundred Birr) Bid bond: 150,000.00 (One hundred fifty thousand Birr Interested and eligible bidders may collect the bidding document during office hours (Monday to Friday) from 8:00 am-12:00 pm and from 1:00 pm-5:00 pm and Saturday from 8:00 am-12:00 pm commencing from August 30, 2021, until bid closing date at Dembel City Centre, 2nd floor (passenger lift 6), Office of the procurement Team. . A complete set of bidding documents in English may be purchased by interested bidders upon payment of a non-returnable fee of Bir 200 (Birr two hundred only) at Cooperative Bank of Oromia's Finfine branch in cash. Bid document must be delivered to Dembel City Centre, 2nd floor (passenger lift 6), Office of Procurement Team on or before October 12, 2021. All bids must be accompanied by a bid security of Bir 150,000.00 (Birr one hundred fifty thousand only) for supply, installation, and commissioning of Web Application Firewall (WAF) Solution in the name of Cooperative Bank of Oromia at least valid for 120 days upon submission of the proposal in a separate envelop attached with the technical part of the bid document. Bid security in any other form is not acceptable. Bidders must submit their Technical and Financial documents in one Original and one Copy - all separately signed and wax sealed. The complete bid must be submitted in one original, clearly marked "ORIGINAL" and one copy also, clearly marked "COPY" and each envelope shall be separately signed and wax sealed which in the event of any discrepancy between them the Original will prevail - then both of which will be submitted in an envelope sealed and clearly marked with "Bid Document for supply, installation, and commissioning of Web Application Firewall (WAF) Solution", Bids will be opened in the presence of bidders or their representatives who wish to attend the event at the bank's V/P, Finance and Facility Management Office Dembel City Centre 9th floor (passenger lift 6) on October 13, 2021, at 10:00 AM
