- Tenders are invited for Procure Sweet Potato, And Cassava Seed Sweet Potato Seed pieces 400,000 Cassava Seed pieces 400,000 Bid closing date: Oct 02, 2023 8:30 PM Bid opening date: Oct 02, 2023 9:00 PM Region: Addis Ababa Bid document price: 100.00 ETB Bid bond: 2% The following documents should be submitted along with the bids: Valid business license Tax identification number Price quotation in Ethiopian Birr (ETB) inclusive of all taxes and delivery costs Delivery Schedule (CPO) in the name of Afro-Ethiopia Integrated Development for 2% of the total price including VAT must be submitted. Interested bidders can get the bid document paying a non-returnable fee of one hundred (100) Birr during working hours (from 3:00 AM-11:00 PM) the day after the notice is published in the newspaper for five (5) consecutive working days, including Saturdays, at the AEID Head Office, Gurdesholla next to Athletics Federation, Sisters NGO's Building, 5th Floor Office No. 501. Bidders should then submit their bids in a sealed and stamped envelope by the specified deadline in the designated box. The auction will be closed on October 02/2023 @ 8:30 PM and will be opened on the same day with the presence of bidders or their legal representatives @ 9:00 PM. Afro-Ethiopia Integrated Development reserves the right to accept or reject any bid and is not bound to give reasons for such acceptance or rejection. The interested bidders are required to submit their bids in a sealed envelope marked "Bid for Sweet Potato and Cassava Seeds" to the address below: AEID Head Office, Gurdeshola next to Athletics Federation, Sisters NGO's Building, 5th Floor Office No. 501. The successful bidder will be required to deliver the seeds to Zabagazo Woreda three distribution centers within 10 days. The payment will be made upon the agreement of parties.
