- Tenders are invited for Procure of Tablets Bid closing date: Nov 04, 2022 10:30 AM Bid opening date: Nov 07, 2022 2:00 PM Region: Addis Ababa JSI Research and Training Institute Inc./Electronic Community Health Information System (eCHIS) for HEP Performance Improvement Project is interested to procure Tablets (298 Qty) for project activities. Our requirement is as per the given specification detailed separately. Suppliers can collect the specification from the address shown below: Note that bidders should include the following documents with the price quotation they submit: Renewed business license VAT & TIN registration certificate. Price validity of the tender document must be at least for 60 calendar days after submission. Detail specification of the product you provide JSI gives priority to the supplier who can deliver the Tablets within a reasonable time. The closing date for submission of the bid is November 04, 2022, on or before 10:30 a.m. Bids after this hour shall not be considered. The bids will be opened on November 07, 2022, at 02:00 p.m in the organization-s meeting room (see the address of the organization below) in the presence of applicant bidders or their representatives.
