- Tenders are invited for Procure Upgrade Implementation of T24 R16 to R21 and subsequently wants to invite interested and eligible bidders for the supply of the stated services Bid document price: 200.00 (two Hundred Birr) Bid bond: 200,000.00 birr Interested and eligible bidders may collect the bidding document during office hours (Monday to Friday) from 8:00 am-12:00 pm and from 1:00 pm-5:00 pm and Saturday from 8:00 am-12:00 pm commencing from August 02, 2021, until bid closing date at Dembel City Centre, 2nd floor (passenger lift 6), Office of the procurement Team A complete set of bidding documents in English may be purchased by interested bidders upon payment of a nonreturnable fee of Birr 200 (Birr two hundred only) at Cooperative Bank of Oromia's Finfine branch in cash, Bid document must be delivered to Dembel City Centre, 200 floor (passenger lift 6), Office of Procurement Team on or before August 30, 2021. All bids must be accompanied by a bid security of Birr 200,000.00 (Birr two hundred thousand only) or equivalent in USD or Euro or Pound Sterling in the form of unconditional bank Guarantee or Cash Payment Order (C.PO) for upgrade Implementation of T24 R16 to R21in the name of Cooperative Bank of Oromia at least valid for 120 days upon submission of the proposal in a separate envelope attached with the technical part of the bid document. Bid security issued by foreign banks shall be counter-guaranteed by an Ethiopian Bank. Bid security in any other form is not acceptable. Bidders must submit their Technical and Financial documents in one Original and one Copy - all separately signed and wax sealed. The complete bid must be submitted in one original, clearly marked "ORIGINAL" and one copy also, clearly marked "COPY" and each envelopes shall be separately signed and wax sealed which in the event of any discrepancy between them the Original will prevail - then both of which will be submitted in an envelope sealed and clearly marked with "Bid Document for upgrade Implementation of T24 R16 to R21". Bids will be opened in the presence of bidders or their representatives who wish to attend the event at the bank's V/P, Finance and Facility Management Office Dembel City Centre 9th floor (passenger lift 6) on August 31, 2021 at 4:00 AM
