- Tenders are invited for Procurement of Actuarial Services The objective of this TOR is to recruit a competent actuarial firm that will provide consultancy services for the following areas. Valuation of claims reserve adequacy test. Estimation of claims that have been incurred prior to the valuation date but not yet reported (known as the Incurred But Not Reported ("IBNR") reserve Severance pay determination as per prevailing International Accounting Standards at the time of the actuary process. 3.
