- Tenders are invited for Procurement of All Department Materials, Electrical Installation, Student Locker, Student Chair, Student Cafeteria & Student Bed Lot I: All Department Materials Lot Ii: Electrical Installation Lot Iii: Student Locker Lot Iv: Student Bed Lot V: Student Chair Lot Vi: Student Cafeteria Bids opening date: opened on the one week after the announcement on the newspapers at 9:30 am Bid document price: 500.00 Birr Bid bond: 2% Bidding document may be purchased at MTVETC room No 2 upon payment for non-refundable Birr 500 (three hundred) within 7 days of the 1st appearance of this announcement during the normal working hours. Bidders are required to present their renewed license for the year 2014 EC VAT. Registration certificate, supplier certificate, and taxpayer identification (TIN) All bidders must be accompanied by a bid bond of 2% of the total price of the bid, in the form of insurance, bank guarantee, or C.P.O before the closing date. Bids will be opened one week after the announcement in the newspapers at 9:30 am in the presence of the bidders or legal representatives. Late bids shall be rejected. Bidders and also are instructed to submit separate sealed one original & one photocopy of the technical and financial documents separately and should be sealed in an outer envelope
