- Tenders are invited for Procurement of Best Quality GPS Tracking device for 300 Vehicles Best Quality GPS Tracking device for 300 Vehicles Licensed GPS Tracking server, GPS User interface (Controlling software) with the best possible feature. Installation, Configuration, Integration and Commissioning fully functional System. A complete set of Term of Reference (TOR) document must be reviewed and interested eligible bidders can obtain bidding TOR from BGI Ethiopia, upon payment of non-refundable fee of Birr 300.00. Bids must be submitted on within 10 (ten) working days effective from the announcement date (From august 25,2022 up to September 12,2022) before 3:00 p.m. local time. Each bid must be presented in a sealed envelope with separate technical and financial documents. And strictly in accordance with the instruction (specification) to bidders indicated in the bid document. Bidders who are interested to participate should have and fulfil the following basic requirements in addition to requirements specified within the TOR.
