- Tenders are invited for Procurement of Eleven Units (11) Cisco Router (4), Poe Switch(4), Wireless Router(30),UPT cable (20 Roll), Switch 24 Port(40), Rj45(5000), Trunk(100), Keystone Jack(2000), Well Outlet(1000),Fisher(50) & Screw (50) Bids opening date: Nov 23, 2021 10:30 AM Bid document price: 400.00 (Four Hundred Birr). Bid bond: 400,000 ETB (Four Hundred Thousand Birr) Bidding will be conducted through the National Competitive Bid (NCB) and is open to all bidders from Eligible Source Countries as defined in the Bidding Documents. A complete set of Bidding Documents in English language may be purchased by interested bidders upon payment of a nonrefundable fee 400.00 ETB (Four Hundred Birr) the method of payment will be in cash. . Bids must be delivered to the address below at or before November 23,2021 at 10:00 am late bids will be rejected and this day may be on the holiday it must be on the next day at the same time. Bids will be opened in the presence of the bidders' representatives who choose to attend in person at the address below at November 23,2021 at 10:30 am. All bids must be accompanied by a Bid Security of 400,000 ETB (Four Hundred Thousand Birr) Unconditional Bank Guarantee or CPO or an equivalent amount in a freely convertible currency. The Oromia Transport Agency reserves the right to reject any bid and to annul the bidding process and reject all bids at any time prior to contract award, without there by incurring any liability to Bidders.
