- Tenders are invited for Procurement of Civil Works with Installation of Pipes & Fittings, Supply of Pipes & Fittings, and Supply and Installation of Electro-Mechanical Equipment for Tsitsika Water Supply & Sanitation Project Bid document price: Birr 500.00 Bid bond: Birr 500,000.00 A combination of contracts each with minimum value of: i. Civil Work Construction ETB 51,623,954.00 or equivalent. ii. Supply of Pipes & Fittings ETB 30,632,516.00 or equivalent. iii. Supply & installation of Electro-mechanical equipment ETB 57,093,112.00 or equivalent. Interested eligible bidders may obtain further information from Water Development Commission, and inspect the bidding documents during office hours 8:30 A.M. to 5:30 P.M. local time at the address given below. A complete set of bidding documents in English may be purchased by interested eligible bidders upon the submission of a written application to the address below and upon payment of a nonrefundable fee of ETB 500.00 (Five Fundred only). The method of payment will be in cash. Bids must be delivered to the address below on or before July 21, 2021 at 2:00p.m.Late bids will be rejected. Bids will be publicly opened in the presence of the bidders' designated representatives and anyone who choose to attend at the address below on July 21, 2021 at 2:30p.m. All bids must be accompanied by Bid Security of ETB 500,000.00 (five hundred thousand) or equivalent amount in a freely convertible currency in the form of unconditional Bank Guarantee or CPO. The Bid Security validity period shall be 148 (one hundred forty-eight) days from the date of bid submission deadline.
