- Quotation are invited for Procurement of Cleaning Service for CNR (Debre Berhan) and its Areas. Ethio telecom invites all interested and eligible bidders by this National Competitive Bid (NCB) for the procurement of Cleaning Service for CNR (Debre Berhan) and its areas with RFQ No. 4229301 to sign a Master Frame Agreement for one year with possible extension up to three years with the finally awarded bidder(s). The tender remains floating from October 27, 2022 to November 09, 2022 Until 5:00 P.M. Bid documents can be obtained from ethio telecom Central North Region Main Office Debre Birhan, St. Selassie building Room No. 307 during office hours (Monday to Friday) upon payment of a non-refundable fee of Birr 100.00 (Birr One hundred only) or you can also find bid documents from web sites www.afrotender.com, www.extratenders.com and www.2merkato.com upon payment of a non-refundable fee of Birr 100.00 (Birr One hundred only) by using tele birr payment platform. All Bids must be accompanied by a bid security in the amount of Birr 20,000/- (Birr Twenty thousand only) Bid proposal will be received at ethio telecom Central North Region, Debre Berhan St. Selassie building which is near to the church, 3rd floor room No. 307, Before or on November 09, 2022 until 5:00 P.M. Bids presented by any bidder after the closing date shall not be accepted. Bids received in time and fulfilling the other formalities shall be opened in the presence of interested bidders or their legal representatives on November 10, 2022 at 10:00 A.M, at St. Selassie building 3rd Floor, Room No 307
