- Tenders are invited for Procurement of Client Cards 1.The Federal Democratic Republic of Ethiopia (FDRE) has received financing from the International Development Association (IDA) and other donor partners toward the cost of the Strengthen Ethiopia's Adaptive Safety Net (SEASN) Project and intends to apply part of the proceeds toward payments under the contract for the procurement of printing of 1,987,041 client cards. The Bidding Documents in English may be obtained by interested bidders upon the submission of a written application to the address below upon payment of 400 birr. Bids must be delivered to the address below on or before 18th May 2023 at 10:00 A.M. Electronic Bidding will not be permitted. Late bids will be rejected. Bids will be opened in the presence of the bidders' designated representatives and anyone who chooses to attend at the address below on 18th May 2023 immediately after bid closing. All Bids must be accompanied by a Bid Security.
