- Tenders are invited for Procurement of Construction of the G+1 Office Building. 2. Jardaga Jarte police Office now invites wax-sealed bids for eligible bidders who are interested and capable to allocate sufficient resources for the G+1 office building at ALIBO town which can be completed within a maximum of 365 Calendar days. 6. A complete set of bidding documents in English may be purchased by interested bidders on the submission of a written application having and submitting a VAT registration certificate, certificate of competence from the concerned body, renewed Trade license, valid tax clearance during the period of bid validity from the concerned body to the address given below and upon payment of a non-refundable fee of Ethiopia birr 500( five hundred birr) only cash starting from the first date notice viewed on the newspaper during office hours through Monday to Friday. Bidding documents may be purchased from Jardaga Jarte revenue authority for 21 working days. 7. Bids must be delivered on the 22nd day of the first-day announcement in the newspaper on or before 4:00 AM local time and closed on the same day at 4:30 AM local time. If the 22nd day is not a working day, the bid will be submitted and opened on the next working day. The original technical requirement will be opened on the same day at 4:30 AM local time in the presence of the bidder's representative who chooses to attend. Late bids shall be rejected. 8. All bids must be accompanied by a bid security of 200,000.00(two hundred thousand) ETB which will be payable on the first demand to client security in acceptable form CPO or unconditional bank guarantee with the form of annexed to bid document on the section of contract forms for unconditional bank guarantee. The financial proposal of the substantially responsive bidder will be opened after a notice of the technical requirement result is announced on the notice board.
