- Tenders are invited for Procurement of Construction of Guard Houses for Siinqee Bank S.C. qty: 50 Bid closing date: Sep 07, 2022 2:30 PM Bid opening date: Sep 07, 2022 3:00 PM Region: Addis Ababa Bid document price: 350.00 (Three Hundred Fifty Birr) Bid bond: 65,000.00 (Sixty-Five Thousand) Supply and fix metal guard houses to the appropriate places of Siinqee Bank batch offices and construct as per the drawing and order of the Engineer. The firms shall be constructed of using LTZ metal cross-section 38mm*38mm and thickness of 1.5mm. The lower part shall be of a metal sheet 3*3*.7mm thick ribbed and other metal sheets of a minimum thickness of 0.7mm as may be necessary. Other frames shall be made of RHS sections (20*20mm-40*40mm) and a minimum thickness of 1.25mm. The price includes 50mm PVC downpipe, antirust, paint, keys, hinges, 8mm MDF wood for the inside cover, 18mm thick MDF for a seat, 8mm thick glass with appropriate sticker, and all other accessories. The type, color, size, and pattern of the guard house shall comply with the technical specification and the design proposed by the Bank. A complete set of Bidding Documents in English may be obtained by interested and eligible Bidder from the office of Accounts and Finance, Odaa Tower 6th floor Office No. 608, Addis Ababa upon payment of a non-refundable fee of Br.350.00 (Three Hundred Fifty Birr) from 8:30 am to 5:00 pm local time (Monday - Friday) and from 8:30 am to 12:30 pm on Saturday except on public or government holidays, if any.
