- Tenders are invited for Procurement of the Construction of Health Facility Renovation Located at Melka Qero and Legehare Health Center. Region: Dire Dawa Bid document price: 200.00 Birr Bid bond: 100,000.00 Birr 2. A complete set of bidding documents may be purchased by any interested eligible bidder on the submission of a written application to the D.D Administration Health Bureau on up payment of 200 (two hundred BIRR ONLY). 5. Bids must be delivered to the address below at or before 9: 004.M. on the 22nd Date from the date of Announcement. Bids shall be valid for a period of 90 days after bid opening and all bids must be accompanied by a bid security of 100,000(One hundred thousand birr) in the form of cash, a certified check or payable order, bank draft, letter of credit, or an unconditional bank guarantee. The bid security shall be valid for 28 days beyond the validity of the bid. Late bids shall be rejected. 6. Bids will be opened in the presence of bidders' representatives who choose to attend at the same place and date at 9:30 AM at the office of the D.D Administration Health Bureau
